Apple Tarts. I made 8 but by the time I got around to taking a picture there were only 2 left!

I also sliced them and put them into the lunch boxes quite a few days.
I experimented with cheese and apple pairing.

Apple and Cheddar Bread with Minestrone Soup

Apple slices with Cheddar and Turkey rolled in Crescent rolls.
And finally, getting rid of a grand total of EIGHT apples…
Now I’m down to about 10 less than crisp apples in the bin.
