The dinner post made me think about lunches. As with dinner, I try hard not to make the same thing over and over again. Still, there are only so many things you can pack into a lunch box, right?
I can make it exciting for about two weeks, then I tend to repeat the selection…
- Cantaloupe, Cheese, Left Over Chicken Skewers, Homemade Hummus with Carrot Chips and Pretzel Chips for dipping
- Tuna on Whole Wheat, 4 Bean Salad, Strawberries and Kiwi
- Cheese, Crackers, Turkey Rolled up, Grapes, Cole Slaw
- Trader Joe’s Chai Siu Bao, Fruit Yogurt Granola Parfait, Mash-Up
- Spinach Artichoke Hummus Sandwich cut in triangles, Assorted Veggies, Pretzel Chips, Mixed Berries
- Ravioli, Sliced Apples, Yogurt Drink
- Fish Sticks and Tartar Sauce, Mixed Berries, Graham Crackers
- Havarti Cheese and Whole Wheat Crackers, Yogurt Drink, Pepperoni, Melon Balls and Edamame
- Leftover Homemade Sushi, Edamame, Yogurt Raisins, Fig Newtons, and Clementine
- Turkey, Roast Beef and Harvarti roll up, apple and fruit parfait.
