Paleo Granola

- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 cups old fashion rolled oats
- ⅓ cup almond slices
- ⅓ cup sunflower kernels
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- ½ raisins
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- Preheat oven to 325°
- Mix all ingredients except raisins and shredded coconut in a large bowl.
- Spread out in a thin layer on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Cool for 1 hour.
- Break granola into pieces.
- Add raisins and shredded coconut.
